Reason #5: Recooking and Storage of foods at home
Reheating and cooking of pre-cooked food reduces its nutrient value. Of course,
some foods, such as grains and beans, must be cooked because they're inedible when raw.
But they should be cooked just enough to make the nutrients bio available and not so much
that you destroy them.

Refrigeration slows down the deterioration of food, but it certainly does not stop it. Every day that
goes by, whatever is in your refrigerator is losing its nutritional value.
